This feature was just announced last week. Do you mean you tried it and it didn’t work? If so, maybe it’s a bug, you should contact them. Because that would be a shame if you could not use it, it is now on of my favorite features there ‘cos now I don’t have to put the EA on my chart which often gets accidentally removed many times when I load saved profiles. I don’t even have to have MT4 on!
