Try using Oanda with TradingView alerts or just use your other broker for MT4 alerts. The charts will not be exactly the same with Oanda, but they are similar enough that they will still help you find trading opportunities.

Sometimes I would get the trade notifications immediately, sometimes after a while but sometimes not at all.
Oanda’s support team say MT4 is a third party S/W and that they do not know how to fix it.

Any tips of how I may be able to fix this?
