Hi Sally,

Yeah, I felt that he was following a canned script with respect to the psychology analysis. I can verify this because my trading buddy was taking the mentoring program at the same time and he got the exact same analysis. To me, it was a very left-brained approach to a mostly right-brain problem.

It’s interesting to hear that a trained bodyworker like yourself also had a similar feeling about the sessions. Thank you for your input and I value your opinion.

Hugh – that’s a very clear and concise addition to the litany of complaints about Neurotrader. I am very glad that you have found techniques that work in dealing with past trauma. I had coaching with ken and he was always late for it. I am trained as bodyworker and coach and I could tell he had no experience in this field and should not have delved into people’s psyches. Also, a true coach or mentor should be neutral, but since Ken is a one-man-band, true impartiality was impossible –

Hi Hugh – I am another one of Ken Medanic’s ‘clients’ and I wish I wasn’t. Lies, missed deadlines, incompetence. Add to that his inability to ever admit that there was a problem. This program was a horror story.

Hello everyone, unfortunately I’m one of those 30 students Jerome cites.
I can confirm what he said about the program: Pelican Technology was never able to deliver what advertised/promised.
I had so many problems with the device and the platform that was supposed to record all our bio-data but was never able to even allow us to connect regularly for a 5 minutes training session.
I wonder how that platform will be able to handle tenths (if not hundreds) of traders trading and recording bio-data at the same time.
Worst thing is that Ken Medanic never admitted that the program failed and refuses to give a refund to the people who joined. We were expecting a 6 months program based on bio-data trading, and we received 4 months of sudo-mindset course (not even close to Chris Capre’s ATM course quality) and 2 months of nothing (while he still kept charging us each monthly payment).
I personally was able to record a total of 17 minutes of bio-data during my multiple attempts to connect to the platform, and that happened on the second half of the last month of the program. Keep in mind we are talking of training sessions, so never received any of that bio-data nor any analysis on it.
I don’t feel like using the word “scam”, but I’m definitely suggesting anybody thinking of joining any level of this course to carefully avoid doing so.

Ken is a man that lives in his own bubble, completely disconnected from reality. He’s literally taken large amounts of money from a program called ‘Peak Performance Trading’, which I was part in, yet he never delivered on the promises that were made. He consistently failed to deliver the neuro trader biodata technology on the deadlines stipulated, ignored all the claims from 30+ members to get a refund, showed 0 respect towards us. While I have little hope that I will ever receive any refund, I want to contribute with my grain of salt to make sure that no one else goes through the same appalling experience I went through by being borderline scammed. Ken only provided an online course with a bunch of videos from which he had the delusion to think it entitles him to charge people 350usd/month, with 6 or in some cases 7 payments in advance… most of the promises he made, which were part of a contract we all signed, were not met. Eventually, life will put this individual in the place he deserves. Ironically, he claims to be a religious Christian person, yet his actions speak volumes of who really is. Stay away from Ken Medanic and the neuro trader program. The mounting number of negative reviews on the internet are testament of that.

I was part of the program as well. Jerome is correct. The Neurotrader program was and is a disaster. Do not ever get involved.

Unfortunately, after 6 months in the one year NeuroTrader Professional Peak Performance Trading Program, Ken Medanic, via his company Pelican Technologies, failed to deliver on his promises. I quit with 30 other traders.
The product is not ready, it’s merely a prototype, doesn’t scale and worked erratically for most of us (we were no more than 50).
Ken will never admit he could have done something wrong, or be sorry, or *make his customers feel* they are at the centre of his preoccupations.
His behaviour is consistent but he looks like an unscrupulous guy.
(you might read this same text on various website, I didn’t bother to write a new review for each of them)
