Cool, I explore different types of meditation, it just depends on what I feel I need. I do classic meditation occasionally, but using meditation aids get me to the desired state so much faster. Also, it’s good to find new aids when you don’t have the same feeling of calm anymore. You get more skilled at reaching a certain mental state faster, so you occasionally want to upgrade your meditation aids to get into deeper meditative states.

Holosync has been very helpful. But I also use Joe Dispenza’s “Blessing of the Energy Centers” meditation frequently too. It’s amazing for raising your energy and getting you in a positive state of mind.

Gaia also has a great selection of meditations that you can try out. I really like the “Fractal Meditation System: Gamma Waves” right now.

Just like trading, test a bunch of different methods and see what works best for you.

So do you use only this method yourself? No classic meditation ? or you alternate between different methods?
