{"id":1026188,"date":"2025-08-12T15:39:25","date_gmt":"2025-08-12T22:39:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/?p=1026188"},"modified":"2025-08-12T15:39:26","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T22:39:26","slug":"trade-tradingview-mobile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/trade-tradingview-mobile\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Trade on TradingView Mobile"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"post-aff-notice\">When you buy something through one of the links on our site, we may earn an affiliate commission.<\/div><\/p>\n<p>TradingView is a fantastic platform for charting and trading.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;and yes, you can trade on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/tradingview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TradingView mobile app<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>However, it can be a little confusing to figure out how to enter a trade on the mobile app.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It took me some time to figure it out, so I want to save you the headache and give you the answer right now.<\/p>\n<p>The great thing about the mobile version of TradingView is that it is almost the same as the desktop version.<\/p>\n<p>That means you have access to the same features that you get on your desktop computer.<\/p>\n<p>Alright, here's how to place your first trade.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xiirEu5k-3g?si=2IWnJeO2hHacBiy6\" width=\"840\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">?<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>If you prefer the text version, it's provided below.<\/p>\n<h2>Download the App<\/h2>\n<p>First download the app from you favorite app store. It's available for both Android and iOS.<\/p>\n<p>Then login to the app and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/tradingview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">purchase a paid plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Technically, you can trade on the free plan, at the time that this is being written.<\/p>\n<p>But you don't get priority support and you'll always see ads on your charts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you're serious about trading, then you want the fastest support possible and ads will distract you from trading.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So I feel that a paid account is mandatory.<\/p>\n<h2>Login to Your Broker<\/h2>\n<p>If you want to try this, you can create a demo account in TradingView.<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise, if you have a broker that works with TradingView, follow these steps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Once you're logged in, go to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Menu in upper left corner (3 lines)<\/li>\n<li>Products<\/li>\n<li>Supercharts<\/li>\n<li>Icon in upper left corner<\/li>\n<li>Connect to Broker<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1026258 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/connect-1.jpg\" alt=\"Connect to broker\" width=\"338\" height=\"276\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Select your broker, then login.<\/p>\n<p>You're now ready to trade.<\/p>\n<h2>Place Your First Trade<\/h2>\n<p>When you go back to your charts, there will now be buttons on the chart that allow you to place buy and sell trades.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1026758 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/tradingview-buttons.jpg\" alt=\"TradingView Mobile on chart\" width=\"448\" height=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tap the button for the trade that you want to make.<\/p>\n<p>The order entry screen will pop up and you can enter a trade.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1026757 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/tradingview-trade-1.jpg\" alt=\"Enter trade\" width=\"448\" height=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Be sure to scroll down a bit to make sure that you've entered all of the important information for your trade.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You should also see information about the trade like margin used, trade value and more.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The information you see and the options you have will depend a lot on your broker and the version of TradingView you're using.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So use the screenshot below as more of a guideline and contact TradingView support if you have any questions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1026756 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/tradingview-trade-2.jpg\" alt=\"Trade entry on TradingView mobile\" width=\"448\" height=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once everything looks good, tap the Buy or Sell button at the bottom of the screen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You have now placed your first trade.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To get more details on entering trades, be sure to watch the video at the top of this page.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Final Tips<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Remember that technology can change quickly.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I will do my best to update this tutorial periodically, but the way TradingView mobile works can change over time.<\/p>\n<p>However, I have found that the basic idea is usually the same with newer versions, just the position of the buttons change.<\/p>\n<p>But TradingView is the best charting and trading platform for so many reasons that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/tradingview-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">I go over here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The most useful feature is that you get the same charts on your mobile and desktop.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Have fun!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Learn how to place your first trade on the TradingView mobile app. It&#8217;s not intuitive to set up, but it&#8217;s easy to trade once it is. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2022,"featured_media":1026755,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[201007],"tags":[812],"class_list":["post-1026188","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-trading-software-tutorials","tag-tradingview-tutorials","generate-columns","tablet-grid-50","mobile-grid-100","grid-parent","grid-33"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
