But that's just how trading works, it won't always be perfect.<\/p>\n<p>In this Pin Bar trade analysis, I'll break down what worked, what didn't, and why I'm not\u00a0stressed.<\/p>\n<h2>The Setup<\/h2>\n<p>Here is what the <a href=\"https:\/\/store.tradingheroes.com\/product-tag\/pin-bar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pin Bar alert<\/a> on my phone via the MT4 app looked liked.<\/p>\n<p>If you are following along closely at home, this is not the actual signal, but what my alert indicator looks like. I accidently erased the actual signal \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/pin-bar-signal.jpg\" alt=\"Pin bar alerts on iPhone\" width=\"600\" height=\"562\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>The Entry<\/h2>\n<p><strong>I traded the EURAUD on the H4 chart.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This Pin Bar was a little different than the type I usually trade, in that it is a trend continuation Pin Bar, instead of a trend reversal Pin Bar. But the price action was good, there was a strong move, followed by a pullback, ending (hopefully)\u00a0with a Pin Bar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The lines on the chart are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Red:<\/strong> Stop Loss<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blue:<\/strong> Entry<\/li>\n<li><strong>Green:<\/strong> 1st Profit Target<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The entry parameters are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Risk:<\/strong> 0.5%<\/li>\n<li><strong>Positions:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1st:<\/strong> 1R target, 80% of total position<\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd:<\/strong> no profit target, move stops as price moves in positive direction, 20% of total position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11566\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/euraud-open.jpg\" alt=\"EURAUD open of trade\" width=\"900\" height=\"358\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/euraud-open.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/euraud-open-768x305.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Trade Results<\/h2>\n<p>I put this trade on and went to sleep. It\u2019s all about using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/5-reasons-to-trade-with-forex-nano-lots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nano lots<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Post Pin Bar Trade\u00a0Analysis<\/h2>\n<p>The results of this trade were not optimal, but I'm OK with it. I made money on balance, and I actually made the same amount that I made on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/gbpcad-pin-bar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">last Pin Bar trade<\/a> I analyzed.<\/p>\n<p>In the past, I would have obsessed over losing that second position. But I have learned how to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingheroes.com\/embrace-the-suck\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">embrace the suck<\/a> and move on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next trade!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Do you have any thoughts about this trade?
