The recipe has only 3 ingredients and can be made in about 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Drinking this mixture gives me about 5 hours of energy and true to the claims, I have also lost 6 pounds since starting to drink it regularly.\u00a0 The energy is not a jittery type of boost either, it is surprisingly even.
